Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

*During the holiday season, we might experience delays due to a high volume of postal service deliveries that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Purchases of $100 or more, excluding taxes, qualify for free standard shipping within Canada. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

*Promotional free delivery for purchases of $75 or more, excluding taxes, qualify for standard shipping within Canada when advertised on our website.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our locations in Montreal, CA. and Barranquilla, COL. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 8 am - 5 pm on Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the US. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery timelines for the US can take up to 20 days, depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kdo.co is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@kdo.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please allow extra time for orders to be delivered to P.O. boxes.

We can only mail orders to P.O. box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote places that are classified "beyond points" using Standard Shipping. Please allow extra time for orders to be delivered to these locations.

Multiple Delivery Addresses

Per order, you can only ship to one address.

You'll need to place separate orders for each address if your order comprises items that need to be shipped to numerous locations. Please in case of further assistance, contact us.

 

Shipments that have been refused

We will do everything possible to ensure that your things arrive in pristine condition. However, if your box arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and contact us so that we can assist you.

You will be responsible for all shipping charges if you refuse your order or any part of it without our permission.

 

Redirected Orders

Please double-check your mailing address since we are unable to change purchases after they have been shipped. Sorry!
